About the role

We are hiring a TAT Recruiter Jr. to join our Talent Acquisition Team and help ensure timely hiring and adherence to target turnaround times (TAT). This is an office-based position ideal for someone with 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience who is organized, communicative, and metrics-driven.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers
  • Maintain ATS and update candidate status
  • Track TAT metrics and report delays
  • Send offers and support onboarding

Requirements

  • 1–2 years recruitment/HR experience
  • Office-based (full-time)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Familiar with LinkedIn/Naukri/ATS
