Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers
- Maintain ATS and update candidate status
- Track TAT metrics and report delays
- Send offers and support onboarding
Requirements
- 1–2 years recruitment/HR experience
- Office-based (full-time)
- Good communication skills
- Basic Excel skills
- Familiar with LinkedIn/Naukri/ATS
